Ann
is the mother of five children (3 boys and 2 girls) and the grandmother
of ten (3 boys and 7 girls) Writing has been her dream for many
years and, now that the children are grown, she has devoted her
time to fulfilling that dream. She is the wife of a local pastor.
An accomplished teacher, she teaches Sunday School and speaks
for ladies' retreats and Women’s Conferences.
From Ann: My favorite books are the dictionary and thesaurus. I am
fascinated by words and their ability to stimulate our senses.
They make us cry, laugh, create a picture masterpiece, encourage
and discourage, inspire and motivate, and kindle innumerable
emotions. They create worlds beyond the one in which we live,
imaginary worlds as well as places that invite us to dream of
visiting. They transfer us there with crafty agility. Words
are capable of changing our lives.
